The processing of personal data has the sole purpose of allowing the use of the application "Burraco e Pinelle Online", and they can be manually verified in case of payment of membership fees and invoicing relating to people residing in extra EU countries.
Your data will not be used for other purposes, nor disclosed to third parties for other purposes (such as marketing actions, sending unsolicited mail, and so on).
EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. employs servers, upon which your data will reside, located in EU third countries, subject to the same European regulation on privacy, or in third countries that provide adequate security.
Your data will be kept until the consent is revoked or until the end of the contractual relationship and in any case no later than 10 years.
We remind you that you are entitled to access your data, to ask for their correction and deletion, for the limitation of the treatment and the opposition to it, or for the revocation of consent. For this you can use the appropriate features (if any) or contact support@epochalstorm.com. In case of cancellation, revocation of consent or the like, obviously it will not be possible to play anymore.
You also have the right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the Privacy Guarantor.

CONDITIONS OF USEBy registering, the User declares to have read and accepted the present Conditions of Use (from now on CoU). Each part of the following conditions is to be considered an integral part of them.

1 - ACCOUNT
1.1 To create a "Burraco e Pinelle Online" Account, you must have a valid e-mail address and provide truthful and accurate information. The User must be at least 16 years old (or other minimum age required in the country of residence) in order to create a "Burraco e Pinelle Online" account. If you are between the minimum age required and 18 years (or age of majority in the country of residence), you should review this Agreement with your parents or your legal guardians. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the actions of children under 18 when they use the services of "Burraco e Pinelle Online". The User guarantees the truthfulness of the information provided, relating to the identity and electronic address, requested during the registration phase.
1.2 Use of the Service is subject to the following restrictions:
• The User may not sell, rent or donate his/her Account, create an Account using a false identity or providing false information , or create an Account on behalf of others;
• It is forbidden for the User to share his/her account with others;
• The User will use his/her Account only for non-commercial purposes, he/she will not use it to advertise, solicit or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chains, unsolicited e-mails , repetitive messages.
1.3 The User at any time may withdraw from this agreement, requesting the account cancellation.
1.4 With the FREE profile, the creation of the account and the game "Burraco e Pinelle Online" are totally free and do not involve any expense on the User. Some other services provided by "Burraco e Pinelle Online" may not be free and involve a paid subscription: appropriate information on how to adhere to the services will then be provided.
2 - CHAT AND COMMUNITY
2.1 EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. in the game "Burraco e Pinelle Online" provides a platform that allows the Users to communicate with each other. The User assumes all the responsibilities and obligations for the content and forms of messages and/or material posted on the network through the "Burraco e Pinelle Online" platform.
2.2 EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. is not responsible for the content shared by the Users.
2.3 The User acknowledges that he is the only one and exclusively responsible for the activities carried out through the Service or directly or indirectly referable to him, and in particular to be responsible for the contents and communications included, published, disseminated and transmitted on or through the Services.
2.4 The User commits to use the Service in accordance with these CoU, law, morals, and public order.
2.5 The User agrees not to enter, and not to make to third parties, content violating privacy, copyright and intellectual property, or pornographic content, blasphemous or offensive, or that can in any way damage or endanger the image of third parties.
2.6 In the event of a dispute with one or more Users, the User will relieve and keep EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. indemnified and free from any claim, request and claim for compensation for damages of any type and nature, known or unknown, deriving from or in any case connected to such disputes.
2.7 In case of disputes between Users, EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to be involved. The User commits to act in full cooperation, to investigate suspected illegal, malicious or improper activities.
2.8 EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. reserves the right to evaluate cases of violation of the aforementioned conditions, at its sole discretion. Following these evaluations, EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. will provide for sanctions that fall into the following categories, merely illustrative and not exhaustive: suspension of privileges, account suspension for a variable time, and account deletion.
3 - GAME RULES
3.1 The rules applicable to the game "Burraco e Pinelle Online" are those of the game of burraco, as reported in the site's regulations section.
3.2 The User commits to comply with current legislation regarding games.
3.3 The User commits to respect the rules. He/she also commits not to use tools and techniques designed to alter the good performance of the game.
3.4 You agree to adopt a behavior respectful of the game and of the other Members, avoiding any kind of behavior that might hinder the regular progress of the game or that might cause damage to other Users.
3.5 Any improper action that violates the rules of the game is forbidden, hereinafter by way of non-exhaustive example, the actions that are considered prohibited. EpochalStorm Games s.r.l., having ascertained the irregularity of the conduct, may provide for disciplinary actions. In no case, following disciplinary actions, it will be possible to ask for any kind of reimbursement.
3.5.1 Any system aimed at accumulating victory points with improper conduct and not respectful of the other players is prohibited. Any conduct that allows the acquisition of a score, different from the regular victory.
3.5.2 Any type of conduct that improperly determines the alteration of the User’s and/or other players' statistics (teammates or opponents) is prohibited.
3.5.3 It is forbidden to insult the players or to use vulgar words, blasphemies, xenophobic or pornographic insults and in general any behavior that does not respect the other(s) and the normal decorum.
3.5.4 It is forbidden to insult and abuse the administrators of the game and the game itself, in any way.
3.6 EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. reserves the right to evaluate the cases of violation of the aforementioned conditions at its sole discretion. Following these evaluations, EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. will provide for sanctions that fall into the following categories, merely illustrative and not exhaustive: suspension of privileges, account suspension for a variable time, and account deletion.
4 - CONTROL
4.1 EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. does not control and can not control in advance or monitor all the contents of the Users.
4.2 The interaction of the User with the Service or communications (including, but not limited to, the chat texts ) of the same during the use of the Service may, for just cause and at the discretion of EpochalStorm Games s.r.l , be monitored and/or registered by our representatives or by our technology.
4.3 By subscribing to these CoU , the User provides irrevocable consent to this monitoring activity.
5 - UPDATES AND INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE
5.1 The User is aware that the Service is evolving. EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. may request the User to accept updates to the Service. The User acknowledges and agrees that EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. will upgrade the service, with or without notice.
5.2 EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. reserves the right to suspend the service for the time strictly necessary to make updates and maintenance of the same.
6 - CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1 EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. reserves the right, at its discretion and at any time, to change, modify, add or remove parts of these CoU by publishing the modified conditions on its site and on the appropriate sections of the App.
6.2 As amended, the CoU will come into force immediately after the communication made as above or from the different subsequent date established, from time to time, in consideration of the nature of the planned change. The use of the Service after the expiry of that period will be considered as acceptance of such changes by the User. If, at any time, the User no longer agrees, even in part, with the current version of our CoU, the Privacy Policy, or any other policy, rule or code of conduct, he/she can ask the cancellation of the account.
7 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1 Personal Data. Personal data and any other information relating to the User communicated at the time of registration or subsequently are subject to the Privacy regulation.
7.2 Copyright. By registering an Account, the User acknowledges that the entire content of "Burraco e Pinelle Online" is the exclusive and unlimited property of EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. The User commits to use the services and operations and all the contents and information present therein, exclusively in the context of personal and private regulatory use. He/she also commits not to modify, copy, publish, distribute or otherwise use the services, operations and all other content and information present and not to intervene on them in any way by technical means.
7.3 Transfer. EpochalStorm Games s.r.l. may at any time assign or delegate these CoU and/or the Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any natural or legal person with or without the consent of the User. The User shall not assign or delegate his/her rights or obligations under these CoU or the Privacy Policy, without the prior written consent of EpochalStorm Games s.r.l., and any assignment or delegation without authorization will be void.

7.5 Applicable law and competent court. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. For any dispute concerning the or deriving from this Agreement or from its execution, the Court of Rome will be exclusively competent.
